ball bit broke good open pack shot
(Johnson) had a pretty good look. He got the ball in the open court, and we wanted him to create. He broke away from the pack a little bit and got the shot up.
creating good guys job maybe scoring team
Maybe it is not scoring or rebounding. The guys are doing a good job defensively of creating good opportunities for their teammates. They are a good team to coach.
run seemed stepped time
That was huge, but they make big plays. It seemed like each time we made some kind of a run at them, they stepped up.
compete conference division guys heck home last position proud themselves tied west win
I am proud of the guys. We tied for the West Division Championship. That's a heck of an accomplishment. Are we disappointed that we weren't able to win it out right at home in the last two games? I don't think there is any question. Our guys have put themselves in a position to compete for the conference championship.
blocking contest good guys happy hard job worked
The guys worked really hard to get out and contest shots, and we did a much better job of blocking out. We got off to a good start, which is always important. We're just happy to come away with a win.
easier extremely games louis playing
The games don't get any easier from here. We've got Missouri-St. Louis up next, and they're playing extremely well right now.
