Marquand Alexander Manuelis an American former college and professional football safety who played in the National Football Leaguefor eight seasons. Manuel played college football for the University of Florida. It was a lot of fun. The biggest thing is that it taught me how to overcome adversity, how to pick and choose friends and how to trust people. I think that's the biggest thing.
