against great match national wins
This was a great match against a well-coached team. But no one wins a national championship in February.
advantage best came good hard match stuff took tough ups win
I thought that Rutgers came at us pretty hard at their place, and it's just tough to win on the road. Like a pitcher, we didn't have our best stuff but we took advantage of match ups we liked. Good grind-it-out wins.
gonna options settle spending sure time trying
I think we'll just keep spending time on the passing. As we go through April, that's what's really gonna settle out. I'm not sure anything is solid, settled, set in stone. I think we're trying to make sure we have all options available.
block effort focus pass
Going on the road, we're not going to be comfortable in those gyms. And when you're not comfortable, you really have to focus in on your effort and execution. We have to block balls, and we have to pass balls.
against care played princeton took
We played the way we should against Princeton and took care of business. Against Irvine we played well, but not well enough.
against care good home matches sure weekend
We have to make sure we take care of our matches against them here on our home court. It's as good as an EIVA weekend as we can get.
against appearance bored care focus good looked lost matches pleased point season team
I wasn't real pleased with the appearance of team A.D.D. in there. We can't do that. I don't care if we're up 18-10, there are going to matches where we're going to be at 22-22 against good teams, so that was the disappointment there. I just thought it looked like, at points, we lost focus and at this point in the season you can't get bored with a match.
balls changed jay serving
I don't think their serving changed much. Jay just put balls on the money.
ending few previous won
If I could write the ending to those previous appearances, we would have won a few more titles.
beginning gotta guys ready understand
The guys gotta understand that they have to be ready to play from the beginning of the match.
