How can we get aid as quickly as possible to our residents?

This was something that was crackling over the airwaves immediately. If happiness could have been a cloud of red smoke, we wouldn't have been able to see our hands in front of our face. Amid all the death and destruction, it's amazing what one survivor can do to boost everybody's spirits.
