We are in March Madness, and this is what you really do this for in the long run. I do it for a lot of reasons, but the real tangible aspect is wanting to be in March Madness, and we are in it.

We were 10-1 and playing with a lot of confidence. We wanted the kids to see the best team in the conference and see how it's going to be.

We were going up against a team that plays almost exclusively zone and our kids really came through with the execution. We were able to take them out of what they wanted to do.

Treasure worries about results and demands that from the rest of the team. A lot of girls are worried about how they looked, how well they played. Treasure is only concerned with winning.

We had a game plan to help each other out defensively and really execute our stuff on offense. We did both of those things against a really good team.

We've really worked on our offensive rebounds. The last few teams we've played have been the better rebounding teams in the league, so we have had to improve. Of course when you shoot 26 percent you get a lot of chances for offensive rebounds.

There are 11 teams in the Big East that we hadn't faced before, so you could say it fits into the prototype of the year.
It just didn't feel like it was the right thing to do at the right time.

It was a really hard fought game and a very physical one. Both teams showed a lot of guts and at the end they made a few more plays.

It seemed like the game would never end. We made tentative mistakes against their press and weren't attacking. We really needed this win.
