It does create an environment that makes it difficult to work in. Our effort has been to continually make recruitment of good qualified staff a priority.

Those familiar with our Musical Theatre Workshops productions will notice this is a very large cast. With only 10 days of rehearsal, these 20 actors will have their work cut out for them. It's definitely a labor of love.

Obviously football is my first sport. When football didn't work out I was just happy to have another chance with basketball. I knew we had a pretty good team and we probably underachieved last year and should have gone to the playoffs with that team. What ever way I can get to the playoff I'm happy.

That's just my personality, that's just who I am. I'm very vocal on defense. I'm not one to be silent and not talk. I'm always asking coach about plays or making suggestions. It's just something I'm use to doing from football.

There was more of the fan base than the players, which was nice. That's how it always was. They traveled with us.
