To have a player like Jenny Miller spotting up on the perimeter; I'm not sure she missed a shot tonight. She's just a great shooter, and we need her shooting the ball.

We just flat-out didn't play well in the second quarter that night. It will be the same focus against Roosevelt - we've got to play four solid quarters to win.

It feels great. It's every team's dream to be in the championship game. What a great game tonight was. It was a battle for 40 minutes ... and it's too bad somebody has to lose a game like this. But we're excited to be able to play for a state championship.

We couldn't control (the cup) being thrown out, and we couldn't control what was being called. It was very unfortunate that it happened, but you have to credit our girls for making plays at the end.

She's a great shooter, and we need her shooting the ball. We need all our kids to perform well. Nobody needs to be spectacular, we just need a very solid effort out of all our players, and then try to keep it close and give ourselves a chance to win in the fourth quarter.

We've probably had as a tough a path to get to the tournament as anybody. We certainly feel we deserve to be there.

We said when districts started, we'd have to win two before we lose two. Our girls have big hearts and I think they deserve to be in the state tournament. It's up to us.
electric experience great intense kids time tournament
It's not tournament time yet, but it will be a tournament atmosphere. It will be a great experience for our kids to play in an electric and intense environment.

It was a battle for 40 minutes. It's every team's dream to be in the championship game, and it feels great to see our kids make it happen.

Everybody was ready to play and everybody contributed. I was really pleased with the entire team and the effort they gave.

It just wasn't meant to be for us tonight. Things just didn't go our way. We didn't play quite as well as we had ... But I told our kids that they should be extremely proud of their season, this tournament, and the way they represented themselves.
