As women, we have to realize what we bring to the table. What do you want to do for the world? How do you want to change it? And when you know that, you don't have to compare yourself to anybody else.
For a long time I wasn't happy, but that had nothing to do with Beyonce. That had to do with me trying to get my life in order and make better decisions for myself. I'm seeing all these wonderful things happen for her, and I am happy for her. But I want a path. I want things to pop off for me, too.
If you don't know your worth, if you don't know your value, if you don't know how fantabulous you are - it's going to be hard for other people to see it. Being appreciative of self is beauty to me.
Self-reflection is so healthy. Journaling works for me - when I record the details of what I'm going through, whether it's a relationship issue or negative thoughts, I can look back and see how far I've come. It makes me proud to see my progress and how I got through a bad situation.
We all come to the point where it's time to get yourself straight, as a businesswoman, a mother, whatever you are in life. It's tough love but it's also being real with yourself. It's important to take those rose-coloured glasses off and see what's going on.
It has been a very personal album for me. It has been one of the best experiences of my life. It's a look into the past two years, going through different relationships, love and growing as a woman. It's a soul-searching record. It's really beautiful.

Mark always told India that she is an amazing athlete and he is right. Not only is she athletic but she has a lot of skill as well. Usually players have one or the other. India is so unique because she has both. She creates a lot of problems for defenders, especially one-on-one but also combining with other players. I am just glad I only have to go against her in practice.
