cutting green guys last pushed question running skills three understand
I kind of question his running skills because I don't understand why he was cutting back when there was so much green to the right, ... myself and some guys pushed him in the last three yards.
cannot games guys stop yards year
We cannot stop the run. I'm used to guys not getting 100 yards on us all year long. Someone has had 100 yards on us for I don't know how many games in a row.
rattle
I don't even think we did anything to rattle him,
business changes components few good handle kick knocked lost main rebuild team year
Nothing changes with Tennessee. We lost a few main components of the team this year, but a good team is able to rebuild and come back, sometimes even stronger. Even without Jevon and Eddie, nothing changes for us. We're going to handle our business as planned. We've knocked on the door, but this year we're going to kick it in.
anybody
I think that we are going to be able to play with anybody in this league,
backs early facing games knows last nobody playoffs
That's the thing, nobody really knows what we did and what we accomplished. In the last 11 games of the year, our backs were to the wall. We were 1-4 and facing elimination from the playoffs in early October, and we battled back and got all the way to the AFC Championship Game. That's doing something.
enjoy fun supposed
That's what football's all about. It's supposed to be fun and exciting, and if you don't enjoy your job, then you don't really need to be out there doing it,
feeling mental missing plan practice tune
Me, I'm feeling fine. Honestly, I'm feeling fine. I know I'll be out there on Sunday, and I don't plan on missing a beat. I was in tune with practice today. It was like a mental day for me.
ball definitely happens mentality next until week whatever
My mentality is I ball until I fall. I'll go out there next week and whatever happens to it happens to it, but we have to get this straightened out so I definitely have to be out there.
against ball five hats initial physically receiver run running tackle tackling wide
If a wide receiver catches a ball we have to tackle him right there, no run after catch; when a running back makes initial contact, five hats have to be to the ball tackling him, very physically and ferociously. We didn't do that (Sunday against Pittsburgh). We have to get to that.
half last peter picked playing scores week
Fortunately Peter picked it up. But unfortunately it was him because he was playing on half a leg. Last week or the week before that he scores on that, but not today.
almost ball dropped sympathy time
I almost feel a little sympathy for them, ... Because every time they dropped back to pass, they couldn't get the ball off.
kindness season tone wants whatever
He kind of set the tone for the way he wants his season to go. I don't know if he responded to me or to himself. But whatever it was, I got what I wanted from him.
