It did real good. We were real busy. I think it was a little less busy than last year, but it was still good. Things started to pick up a couple weeks before Christmas and every day just got busier.

I go to a gym and look at people on a treadmill, reading and walking at 3.8 mph, a strolling pace. That won't give them the results they want, especially if they've been doing it for a year. You're not engaging more of the muscle fibers, therefore, you are not changing the shape of your body.

Show your child that having an education is important; especially with things today, they have to have education after high school.

It was shocking, but honestly I wish they would do this more often to clean up our school system.
