People think that when they're playing it safe, they're trying to preserve what they have, but there is no preservation of what you have in music. There's no safety in music.
The Queens of the Stone Age have teamed up with multimedia wizardbrain Liam Lynch to make the video for 'Burn the Witch,' a homemade affair that's just in time for Halloween, ... For the band, playing both the roles of cast and crew paid ginormous dividends, in the form of a video that cuts the heads off all contemporaries (literally).
I'm a fairly upbeat and happy guy, you know? I don't like people that feel sorry for themselves, and I traditionally stay away from people like that.
