So much of baseball is about history and the records. The fans want the records to mean something. If somebody like Alex had the most home runs, there wouldn't be any questions.
You'd probably like to go with somebody else, but Ruben assured me four or five days ago that he's fine to play the outfield. I take his word for it.
You never really know until you get in a situation like this how somebody is going to handle it. We couldn't be more pleased, and he had to be proud of himself.
