I think he's a courageous guy. We need to get everything else on offense working together. All of us working together, including myself. I think he can make plays to win games for us.
We needed to make a few more plays. I think field position was an issue and not being able to get enough plays when we needed to.
Here is one of the biggest games I've ever been at, and Patrick Ramsey has to go in and try and win it for us. He's handled this situation better than I think anybody could, and it's a tribute to his character. He was ready. He stepped in and made some plays for us.
My impression is that he's very accurate. I think he's going to be a guy that can really roam with the football. He's going to make plays with his feet. I think he has a sense of what the pocket is. He'll slide. He's going to be hard to sack because he's so big. We've seen a lot out of him. Now he needs to play.
We'd like to see Patrick continue to make the real good plays he's made and eliminate the bad ones, ... We need to be efficient.
That's never been done before in the NFL, so you'd have to say that this team is going to play a lot of close games, ... It's been phenomenal all the way across the board. Any time you lose, it's tough. There are always 50 plays where you could have won and 50 plays where you could have lost,
Hey, ... please don't give away plays from our play book. 'Deep Throat,' that's one that owner Daniel Snyder drew up for me.
We wish the past two years could have been smoother.
We wish the last two years had been smoother. We wish there had been no injuries. We wish he could have played more and played back to the standard where he wanted to be. I know he was totally frustrated by it.
We wish Bill Musgrave all the best in his new role with the Falcons organization. Although it is unfortunate that he departed, we always want what is best for our coaches and their families, which is why we gave Atlanta permission to interview him.
The scheme they had on defense for us was something quite a few people up here can play,
