Everything is on the table. We didn't have the production we wanted late in the year. But we did make a big jump. It's a matter of evaluating everything and seeing the ways that we can help ourselves get more production. It's a little bit strategy, and it's certainly personnel.

The thing I want to emphasize is this: We haven't done one thing that anybody else can't do. We have certain rules in the league. Here's the cap, here's the numbers, here's what you can spend. So everybody in the league can do what we're doing. It's just that many choose not to.

I don't think it's as easy as people make it out to be. You also have to protect in there. You're looking through your legs and trying to get something back there 15 yards to a certain spot. Certainly I would hope that this victory would be one that the guys say, 'Hey look, we're never out of something,' ... We're going to keep fighting no matter what. I hope we can kind of build on that and correct the things that we did poorly.

This is something that is extremely hard, ... You don't like doing this. I don't. Sometimes you don't chart the circumstances or what happens - it just happens. Certainly it wasn't the plan I had going in, but sometimes plans change, and I think you do the best you can in dealing with it.
