I believe that if you keep delivering your message that it eventually gets through and it will be delivered every day. It's like when you were a kid and your dad would tell you something day after day. After a while, you realized it must be important because he kept talking about it.

Ian Snell made an adjustment from what he was doing early on and got the ball down to where he could be very effective. He forced the opposition to have to swing the bat. He got himself some early-count outs. As a result, he kept his pitch count in order and was able to go through the fourth inning.

Is he a candidate to have an opportunity to make the club? I don't know the answer to that. We'll take it a day at a time and see how he progresses from a health standpoint. If he comes along quicker, that obviously creates more options for us.
Is he a candidate? I'd have to say that would be yes. But likely? I wouldn't say that at all.
