apartments area groups problems seen
We have more of these groups of apartments concentrated in our area than any other area of Houston, and their problems are not new. Someone should have seen this coming.

For some reason, our area has been a stepchild for a long time.

The start was definitely the difference. Jumping out like we did. The kids played great on defense. I thought they moved their feet. They were tipping balls away. Then on the other side we were finishing.

We had a lot of kids who got a lot of minutes out there tonight. I think our depth is starting to develop a little bit. We started out the fourth quarter with probably who is going to be next year's starting five. And they did alright.

I think people are starting to know their roles. It's not just Inger (Hodgson) and Katie (Sutter), although those two can carry us if they have to.

We have to work on our shooting. We've had our chances but we don't capitalize on them. Other teams do and that's hurting us.

Let's face it, we did a great job getting back here. But we lost six seniors and now we're counting on two or three freshmen and a couple of sophomores to step up. And they did a great job for us this year.

She pitched excellent today. She had good control on the outside corner and changed speeds a little bit. She was pretty much throwing the ball by them. We're going to win some games if she pitches that well.

We had some pretty good shots but we didn't make them. You have to give (Belleville) credit, they played hard all night long.
