This was a tough season, and the club, players and fans deserve better. There were some unexpected challenges, but in any case our record isn't good enough. I think we've built a foundation here for the team to make considerable strides in the future, and our achievements in the past are something I'll be proud of. But there is no denying all of the effort we put in didn't provide the results you need in this league.

They want their automobiles, and they want a place to live, ... Once you get that as a player or a coach, you have a place where you can drive over to work and go home and lay down, that is all you really need in this business.
