beat count opponent people respect time worthy
People count them out every time they play a worthy opponent and they find a way to beat them, and you have to respect that.
beating bowling good major maybe mother smart street time
Bowling was my first love. Beating my mother for the first time when I was 13 or 14 was a major accomplishment. I had big glasses. I was a pretty smart kid, maybe nerdy, but I always had a good street sense.
believed bring home time
Here we go, Pittsburgh! We set out a long time ago to bring this back home to Pittsburgh. You all believed in us, believed we could get it done. This is ours, but this is also yours. Every one of you.
half knew matter offensive played terrible time winning
We were winning and we played a terrible half from an offensive standpoint. We knew it was just a matter of time for us to get clicking.
difficult fourth guys late painful possible start tackle time trust
Even when it's warm, they don't want to see me, trust me. I try to make it as difficult as possible for those guys and as painful as possible every time they tackle me. So late in the game, in the fourth quarter, that's when you start getting those big runs, because they don't want to come up and tackle you.
call champion game incredible last played ride time win
It's been an incredible ride and there's always a time when you have to call it quits. I played this game to win a championship. I'm a champion and I think the Bus...the last time is here in Detroit.

We set out a long time ago to bring this back home to Pittsburgh. You all believed in us, believed we could get it done. I'm just so thankful for everything that this city has been able to give me. I'm just so happy we were able to give this city the one for the thumb.

There's always a time when you have to call it quits. It is an ending. It has been an incredible ride. I came back to win a championship. Mission accomplished. Now I have to bid farewell.
call city last stop time
There's always a time when you have to call it quits. I'm a champion. The last stop is in the city of Detroit.
carry great head last time
Fortunately, it's not the last time I carry the ball. It was a great play by the linebacker. He put his head on the football. That's the one thing you can't let happen.
block everybody gets job party sure
What Stevens said is true; their job is to make sure it's not a big block party after the game. Our job is to make sure everybody gets a ticket.
earlier helps played understand
We understand it is going to be deafening and we aren't going to be able to hear. But it helps having played there earlier this season.
gives reflect seen
I've never seen anything like that (reaction) before. It gives you something to reflect on and to think about.
call pass seen shy
I've never seen shy about eating. They don't call me 'The Bus' because I pass the plate.
