On special teams, we weren't very sharp. They scored three goals on the power play and we didn't have any. Five on five, we can play with anybody, we know that. I don't think we're a worse team than them. Maybe less talented, but worse? No way.
We don't score many goals. Of course, I'm frustrated. Who wouldn't be? You don't want to lose three straight at home. And you've got a tough schedule coming up to. I'm more upset than frustrated.
You can't look at the big picture. By losing three straight you can't say, 'Let's win four.' We didn't play good the last 10 games of the season. We're just lucky we had enough points to make (the playoffs).
Any win is a good win, especially when you lose three straight at home. I was a little scared. In every game, we had a lead or were tied in the third period and just blew it. Three straight games. Mistakes after mistakes. We had to stop doing that.
I was lucky again, and you have to be lucky in this tournament. It was good to score because you never know what will happen in the final three minutes.
I'm taking the blame. Our line should score more, that's for sure. When we were winning we were able to score two, three goals a game. Our line has to find a way. When you take those two goals away, you're losing by a goal.
They won the game for us, that's for sure. They had three or four power plays, then five-on-three. The one thing is they don't score, plus they were using their top players and getting frustrated, too.
He's scared to go back again, that's why he's playing good. They told him if he goes three games without a goal, they're going to send him back.
It would take a miracle (to play). It's feeling better, but there's too much pain.
It was very special for me. I had so much time to look around and put the puck where I wanted to.
I've been playing with Marty for a long time. He knows where I'm going to be and I know where to look for him.
I've been on some hot streak lately. Hopefully, I can play the same way in the Olympics, but hopefully I can play even better when I come back after the Olympics. I go to represent my country, but my job is to play good for the New York Rangers .
The way I saw it from the outside, there was always pressure on the New York Rangers, for the GM to make moves. It was kind of ... necessary,
The way I look at it, home-ice advantage or no home-ice advantage, if we're going to play like that in the playoffs, we're going to lose anyway.
