Tripp's always been kind of a footballaholic. When he was 3 years old, he would sit up with me until 4 a.m. watching video tape and we've done that all our life. He's always sat up with me. He has a great love for the game.

I still do push-ups and sit-ups. But I also try to do things such as walking up the stairs, and not taking a lift. I'll also park my car farther away from a store so I have to walk a few steps more. If you keep it up over a long period, you don't have to do too much.
