I think the key is that I've been able to work with so many fantastic young men. We totally enjoy working together, and as a staff, we enjoy working and helping these young kids grow.

I still do push-ups and sit-ups. But I also try to do things such as walking up the stairs, and not taking a lift. I'll also park my car farther away from a store so I have to walk a few steps more. If you keep it up over a long period, you don't have to do too much.
