feels game given guys help life offensive players playing room rules
It's a new game and I think that's given him more life. He has more room to move, he can be more aggressive. All the rules help offensive players and he's an offensive player, no question. He's got new life and he feels good. And we have to do the same thing. We've got guys who are playing well and we have to let them go to work.
against definitely fast good guys help strong team
We definitely have to play him a different way with the new rules. They help out guys that are strong and fast and big and he's got it all. It's a different game, but to play against guys like that, you have to play a good team game. You have to back guys up. And if he's going to do anything, it's going to have be from 200 feet. We want to play in their end, especially to neutralize him.
blocking corner far fight figure goes guy imposing plays rare size taking talents
In preseason games, he's out there going down and blocking shots. He's not an imposing figure as far as size goes, but he plays like it. ... He goes in the corner and he's taking the hit. He's done that. That's rare for a guy with the talents that he has, to still fight in the corner and do what he does.

boston fans hard hurts nice places stick tampa
Boston fans are great. They tell you when you're bad, but they stick by you. ... You can tell it hurts (the fans when the Bruins lose). You can go to Tampa or other places where they don't have that passion. And it's nice to have, but it's a thing where fans have to be patient. We're working hard and I think we're going in the right way.
personal problems wear wearing
I think if you don't want to wear a helmet, don't wear a helmet. If you don't feel like wearing pads, don't wear them. It solves a lot of problems but I think it's a personal decision.
maybe
Maybe it's a penalty, maybe it isn't. I think what he got was too much.
good heard worse
But did you see the video? It was pretty blatant. There's worse things you can do, but that's not a good thing ... and I've heard he's done it before.
goes hope hopefully pain talk
I feel good. It still hurts, but it's better. It's good. I have to talk to the trainers, but I hope (to play today). I don't think it'll be a problem. There's times when I feel it, but that's the (same as) a lot of injuries. Hopefully when you get into a game, you don't really feel it. The pain kind of goes away.
came fighting fights-and-fighting job nice playoff race spot
No, I thought we'd at least be fighting for a playoff spot now. I thought we had done a nice job of getting into the playoff race right before the (Olympic) break, but when we came back, we just couldn't get anything going and we couldn't get any breaks.
buzz deserve excited fans
It's frustrating. There was a buzz in the arena, and we were excited to play this one. The fans deserve a lot more than that.
awkward caught exposed itself normally position
It's just unfortunate that I was kind of caught in an awkward position because normally the way I would take that hit, it wouldn't have exposed itself to be a penalty.
great love quiet
It's great so far. He's a quiet guy, but he's pretty intense. I love it.
playing rest stack successful team together wins
We are not a pretty team and to be successful we have to do the little things. We need to stack some wins together because playing .500 won't get it done the rest of the way.
