We've kind of been on the more melodic page for the last few years now. For anybody that knows the band and the last couple of records, or just the last record, they're going to get it. It's not going to be a complete 180 or something out of left field, to where people are going to be like, 'Oh, wow they did this with their music. I can't believe that.' There's some unpredictable stuff still, and we like to keep people guessing with the songs and keep things fresh.

I can think of nothing that would galvanize and anger a wide segment of the American public more than overturning Roe v. Wade . I can't think of another issue that would generate as much intensity not only from the active left and feminists, but also from a lot of people in the middle.

We only trailed by six points with 1:30 left in the game. Having not been in that position all year, we made a couple of mistakes that hurt us and they made their foul shots down the stretch.

As much as I think he'd like to come back, I think he realizes there is not a whole lot left in the tank after 13,000 yards. It's tough for me to think about going through this whole thing again. That's why you have to take some time. You take a month or two and evaluate as soon as the emotion is out of the way.

Our players left everything on the field. When they came off the field, they were spent. I was watching them come through the tunnel going to the locker room. I just really hurt for them because the effort was just terrific. It was like two heavyweight fighters through the overtimes refusing to go down.

We just made history. This team just keeps going for more. We didn't play all that great but we still found a way. That's the way we've been all year, just keep finding a way.

When all factors were weighed, it was collectively decided that playing next year's game versus Miami on Labor Day night was in the best interest of all parties concerned. Miami never had the opportunity to host the game on that day and the viewership and exposure for the ACC and both universities from our game 10 days ago was exceptional.

We certainly have the artists in the pipeline to have a great 2006. There are a lot of fresh artists out there.

It would be nice if officials in those two department forgot about who is reporting to whom and got back to work. The fact that the officials who advised them are now housed in a single department in no way creates a more senior or junior minister.

It was too hard on them, ... The weather was hot and they were cramping up. Plus, when they leave here, they don't do nothing extra, that's all the work they do.

It was all about effort. We don't lay down for anybody. We felt like we had something to prove. The paper said we would give up 24 points and we knew we weren't going to let that happen.
