build couple games gave gives good knocked last played pleased practices second shots three
I was very pleased with the way we played in the second half. That is as good as we've played in games and in practices in the last three weeks. It gives us something to build on. We were able to do what we wanted to offensively in the second half. We knocked down a couple of shots that gave us confidence.
exercise good thankful
We were lucky. I'm thankful there wasn't much damage. But it was good for us to have to go through the preparations for the storm. This is a good exercise for us to go through at least once a year.
ball care good happened problem taking
I don't know what happened to us offensively. It's been a problem for us all year, taking care of the ball and taking good shots. Obviously, we didn't do that today.
airline earnings economic fed good interest looking money near potential raising reflect stocks stories terrific until wait wise worries
When you are looking to put new money into investments, it's always wise to wait until you get a better sense that the Fed is very near the end of raising interest rates. But there are some terrific earnings stories in this market, and some of these earnings stories, at least in my opinion, already reflect a lot of the worries about potential economic problems. Airline stocks are a good illustrative example.
brought energy good
It was good to see that from those guys. They brought energy off the bench.
dominate foul good mind puts second stepped trouble
It was good to see Stroud play so well in the second half. Maloney got in foul trouble and Stroud stepped up. Stroud can dominate anyone. If he puts his mind to it, he's unstoppable.
five four good talk
We have so many different weapons. When you talk about a team, you need to have four or five individuals you can go to. That's what we're good at - we can come at you so many different ways.
amount confident defensive good holding low points surprised teams
They are a very good defensive team. I wouldn't be surprised to see a man-to-man. If they've been holding teams to that low amount of points every game, then they're probably pretty confident and they'll come out and try it.
board creeping good newspaper ok rankings
During preseason rankings, we weren't in there and that was OK with us. We like creeping up on other teams. The rankings in the newspaper - that's good bulletin board material.
carries carry confidence good
I really like good defense. You carry confidence (on defense), and when you go to the plate, it carries over.
attitudes becoming behavior creating drives easily good hire job larger less measured negative people productive role skills traits work
Interviewing and resumes are becoming less reliable. Job skills are important, but behavior, attitudes and personality play a larger role in creating a productive work environment. These traits can easily be measured by assessments. If you hire a person with negative personality traits, then that person drives off good people and lowers productivity.
fame presented
We could be presented with riches, possessions and fame,
build create goals helping instead listen money plan position prepare problems save teams worst
The worst position is the reactionary position. We can save money and build better teams by helping them prepare instead of react. We sit and listen to what their goals are, what problems they have, and strategically create the right plan for them.
response
The response has been overwhelming. And we can always use more.
