Grace Potteris an American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and actress who formed Grace Potter and the Nocturnals in 2002. Potter released her debut solo record Midnight on August 14, 2015 via Hollywood Records. In 2011, Potter and Higher Ground founded Grand Point North music festival in Burlington, Vermont. We really want a label. There's no reason just for the sake of being independent to be independent.
My dad taught me something as a very young child -- never presume anything. But some big stuff is going to happen, and I'm really excited.
We love Vermont and we love the support its communities have given us. We wanted to design a tour that covered the state geographically, but more importantly, made stops in some of our favorite towns.
It's almost numbing. There's so much more to get excited about.
We want it to be small-time. We're not going for charts here. We're just looking for people in Minnesota to be able to go into a store and find us.
