wall achievement berlin
The Berlin Wall is the defining achievement of socialism.
anyone attempts build clearly disagree equalize hurts numbers people poor says strongly wage wall
I strongly disagree with anyone who (takes) these numbers and says we should build a wall or not build a wall. I think the kind of immigration that hurts poor people the most is clearly not in the country's interest. We should have an immigration (policy) that attempts to equalize the wage gap, not make it worse.

Together, the countries that spent four decades glowering at each other across the wall of hatred and fear now have the opportunity to transform Euro-Atlantic security for the better,
caught cost home middle pressure retailers street tremendous wall
Lowe's and Home Depot may have got caught in the middle of this. Retailers are under tremendous pressure by Wall Street to keep growing.... Should that be at the cost of a community? I don't think so.

blames breaking cite continuing either excuse forgiving major retailers sales satisfy street tailored wall weather
We're continuing to see retailers cite the weather for either making or breaking their sales numbers. Frankly, I think is an excuse tailored to satisfy Wall Street. Wall Street is a little more forgiving if a major retailer blames weather for disappointing sales.
angeles complex difficult engineers heads los nightmare products stick together travel trying wall work
It can be very difficult to put complex products together when engineers can't stick their heads over the cubicle wall and chat. On one project, I had to travel from Los Angeles to Connecticut 50 times, and even then it was a nightmare trying to get everything to work correctly.
across blown brick concrete couple hit leg moved nails people picked stop wall yards
I picked it up and moved it 10 to 15 yards and put it by a brick wall to stop people getting hurt...Then it went off. I was blown across the road, and a couple of nails lodged in my leg and I was hit by concrete and glass.
audiences fourth wall
In this show there is no fourth wall whatsoever. This show is completely wink-wink, nudge-nudge with the audience.
wall ambition character
No compact among men . . . can be pronounced everlasting and inviolable, and if I may so express myself, that no Wall of words, that no mound of parchment can be so formed as to stand against the sweeping torrent of boundless ambition on the one side, aided by the sapping current of corrupted morals on the other.
jobs wall gun
That rifle on the wall of the labourer's cottage or working class flat is the symbol of democracy. It is our job to see that it stays there.
jobs wall home
The totalitarian states can do great things, but there is one thing they cannot do: they cannot give the factory-worker a rifle and tell him to take it home and keep it in his bedroom. That rifle, hanging on the wall of the working-class flat or laborer's cottage, is the symbol of democracy. It is our job to see that it stays there.
wall pain lying
I used to come from the village with all that dirt and coarse ugliness like a pain within me, and the simpering pictures in the drawing-room seemed to me like a wicked attempt to find delight in what is false, while we don't mind how hard the truth is for the neighbors outside our walls. I think we have no right to come forward and urge wider changes for good, until we have tried to alter the evils which lie under our own hands.
wall truth paradise
Veracity is a plant of paradise, and the seeds have never flourished beyond the walls.
