That's important when you are running an organization so that the people who work with you know what you believe in and know those beliefs won't change.
I have spoken of a thousand points of light, of all the community organizations that are spread like stars throughout the Nation, doing good.
Faith-based organizations also need a guarantee they will not be forced to give up their right to hire people of their own faith as the price of competing for federal money.
