couple direct effort fourth last reflection turned
We have really turned the corner. This is a direct reflection of the effort we have put fourth in the last couple of weeks.
arena bottom chance difference dropped fourth good kicked line pass protect
You've got to play and the bottom line is that they kicked our (expletive) up front. When you've got a good quarterback, you've got to protect him. We didn't do that. We had a chance to make plays. We dropped a touchdown pass on fourth down. Little things like that are the difference in Arena football.
good
I like Fife. He's going to be a very good player.
figure focus sole trying win
I'm just trying to figure out how to get better to win a game. That's where my sole focus is.
game longer officially team wins
It's not any longer for development. The team that wins this game is officially on a roll.
game plenty
I'm guardedly optimistic. He's got plenty of game left.
effort encouraged guys match prove
I'm encouraged the way the guys are working. They're getting better. They want to prove they can match the effort in consecutive weeks.
cut extend great lead second trying turn
It was a great way to go in the half. One second they are trying to cut our lead to nine, but then we turn around and extend the thing to 20. That's a big swing.
expect
At the end of the half, what do you expect them to do? We've got to be smarter.
body last played throws todd
Todd could have probably played last week, but he throws his body around like he's 230 and he's not.
bunch line minus though
Even though we were minus a bunch of players, our line did well.
blame giving line press san trouble
San Jose was giving us trouble with their press coverage. Our receivers couldn't get off the line and get open, so you can't blame that on the quarterback.
knew nobody took
Nobody took them lightly; we knew they were 3-2 at home.
both build hopefully impressed type
I was impressed with both of those guys. Hopefully we can build off of that type of chemistry.
