He's been seriously overlooked as the best player in the (Seventh) Region. Terrance can and has elevated to levels no one else in the city and state have achieved.

He is so underrated it's ridiculous. He just dominated the tournament and was the best player on the court. I think he's the best guard in the state and possibly the best player.
