It was an honor that I thought was even bigger than making the team on your own, ... for him to think enough of me to be on the team. Just to come out and play for Jack again is pretty neat.

He really wanted to be Tiger's partner, and Tiger can't help but get motivated by that. Jim won't get caught up in the atmosphere or the pressure that goes with playing with him. You get Tiger a guy who is hitting on all cylinders mentally and won't get intimidated by that atmosphere, and that's a big plus.
