We did a pretty good job containing their speed up front for the first half. Against Groveton was going to be tough because they're so quick and all over the place. But if you're out of shape, it's going to be bad and it was in the second half. We were letting them walk around us. We needed to capitalize on our chances early.

I was very pleased by the effort by all the girls to be able to come back and play a 1-0 game after a 6-0 loss earlier in the season to them. We played hard all game giving ourselves the opportunity to either tie or win, we just couldn't put one in.

I'm really proud of the way the girls played, coming back from a tough game yesterday. We came right out and put the game away early, we didn't sit back and went right after the ball.
