We got away from the things that brought us our early success. The team as a whole had picked up a lot of bad habits over the summer that took us away from team play. And that started to play into what we were doing.
There is a simple, three-step way of doing things. Give the dog a simple command - just one word, no rambling on - and explain what you have done and get the result. For example, tell the dog to sit, push its rear down and then give him lots of praise when he does it. He'll get it in the end.
There are fewer quality private companies that haven't gone public yet. As we get into fourth quarter, the number of well-developed private companies will be few and far between.
Rescuing animals is the only way to go.
It is always more difficult to win on the road.
