I thought just standing on the podium at nationals was such a great feeling for me to be third. Whatever decision they make, I think it will be a good one. I'm going to go home and train because you never know what will happen.

This whole experience has been so much fun, actually, not knowing what to expect. It's been the biggest learning experience.

Both of us are really competitive people, which is probably why we're in figure skating. We were never really competitive against each other; we never competed against each other.

I did start by being a little slow this year, but right before nationals I stepped up my training. At nationals, it was such a great experience to get onto the podium. I'm so excited to have the whole Olympic experience.

I'm a little sad it's over. This whole experience has been so much fun actually, not knowing what to expect. It's been the biggest learning experience. It's my first Olympics and my first senior international. It's been a big step up from last year. I'll take a lot away.

She said to just have fun with everything. And I feel like I went out and had fun. It's great she's been here with my whole family and been so supportive. Now that I'm on the ice and she's up in the stands, I know how she feels. Maybe she knows how I feel, too.
