Scoring 81 points is a truly amazing accomplishment. Of course, the most important thing is that his effort contributed to a victory for his team.
Vladimir gives us versatility and he fits very well into our system. He's agile and he runs the floor well. We see him playing multiple positions and his outside shooting will stretch the defense and be a big positive for our inside players.

It was a terrific trade. I wouldn't say it was our best trade ever. I don't want to say that, because we traded for (Elton) Brand and we traded for Ron Harper. But, yeah, it has worked out well. We're looking for somebody that can play the two (shooting guard) or the three (small forward). If we find somebody, it's going to be someone with NBA experience and primarily we're looking for a three because we have Mobley and Livingston that can play the two.
We're excited to bring in a veteran player like Sam who brings nine years of playoff experience and two championships, ... The addition of Sam strengthens our backcourt. He's a big-time scorer who is one of the best in the league when it comes to taking and making the big shot in the closing moments of a ballgame.
