brought horrible played seems teams
We played horrible guarding the three-point line. It seems to me they out-toughed us on some rebounds... The thing that disappointed me the most is I didn't think we competed as well as some of the other teams we've brought here.
certainly fact oklahoma played tougher
I think we just got outplayed. I think Oklahoma just played better than we did. They certainly displayed the fact that they were a little tougher than we were.
added normally played report scouting starting team
They will have played only one game, so we will not have the scouting report we normally have. They've got their whole starting team and they've added some guys. That will be a very competitive edge.
played scouting team
They've only played one game, so we don't have scouting reports. I think they're going to be a very competitive team when you play them in Waco.
ball played pressure puts
The first half, I thought defensively we played well enough, but we couldn't get the ball in the basket. If the ball doesn't go in the hole, it just puts that much more pressure on you.
bit considered emphasis games last members ncaa quite road selection talked team win
I've talked to members of the selection committee, and to at least be considered for the NCAA Tournament, you have to win some road games. They also put quite a bit of emphasis on what a team does in the last 10 games of the season.
admitted answered bad forgiven great past people question run special talking whatever
There's people back there, whatever the reason, they still have it out for JamesOn, ... Some people there haven't forgiven him. They can't look past the situation, and it's too bad. I'm talking about adults. JamesOn made a bad, bad mistake. It was out of character. But he's admitted to it. He's never run from it. He's answered every question about it, and more than that, he's been a great kid. I mean, let me tell you -- he is a special, special kid.
angle deserved ebay fans felt lame shot
Between me and A.J. , we felt that our fans deserved something better than some half-assed VHS-video someone shot years ago with a lame angle or focus, and has nothing but a snow-covered screen. I see shit like that on eBay all the time, and fans deserve something better.
areas colorado defensive good hands improved quick reason
I think he's improved in all areas of his game. He's always been a good scorer. He has quick hands and he has good defensive instincts. He's the big reason Colorado is doing so well.

addressing appreciate ask continue difficult humbled pain physical pray problem receive remains step support surgery words
I am humbled by the support I continue to receive and appreciate more than you will know the words of encouragement. This remains a difficult period. The surgery is the first step in addressing my physical pain and my problem with alcohol. I ask that you continue to pray for my recovery.
bad bought hip last pain problem seem situation succumbed temptation took
My back and hip situation is well-documented. Last Friday, the pain was so bad that I took a lot of pain pills. But that didn't seem to work, so I succumbed to temptation and went and bought a bottle. ... I have a problem with alcohol.
good job moving players plays
Morrison does such a good job moving without the ball. He's like a throwback. He plays the way a lot of players used to. He's terrific.

We've completed what we consider a very challenging and demanding schedule, ... With the games we have set up during the non-conference portion of our schedule, we feel it gives our players an opportunity to gain valuable experience before facing the rugged Big 12 Conference.
