Edmund Patrick "Eddie" Jordan, also known as EJ, is an Irish former motorsport team boss, businessman, presenter, entrepreneur, musician and mentor. Born in Dublin, Jordan worked first at the Bank of Ireland. He won the Irish Kart Championship in 1971 and moved to Formula Ford in 1974. Starting with that six-game road trip, that was our defining moment. Right now we're coming through with flying colors. We went 3-3 on that trip but it's how we've played. We played physical and together and we were in every ball game and we're carrying that throughout the end of the season.

The thing I really like is that he's aggressive, but he also takes care of the basketball, ... The last two years he's been very high in assist-to-turnover ratio. When you can attack like he can and you don't turn the ball over and you make the right decisions, that's a real plus for us.
