The judge basically said ... can't you guys get together and decide which ones really you can perhaps agree on? So we're delineating that down to a few statements.

The judge is indoctrinating the jury, telling them what to expect. Tomorrow, we'll be taking notes as to what each prospective juror is saying and what our sense is as to their fairness and their ability to be jurors.

We don't have a lot of physical evidence that you would have in a stabbing, shooting, that sort of case. This is a difficult circumstantial case, but we believe the evidence is on our side.

We plan to call Amanda Hamm, period. When she gets on the stand we plan to ask her questions about what happened, what she knew, what went down. We won't know until then whether she will answer the questions.
