Edward Richard DeChellisis an American college basketball coach and current head men's basketball coach at the United States Naval Academy. Previously he was the head coach at Penn State from 2003-2011 and at East Tennessee State from 1996-2003. As the game gets closer and closer, the rim gets a little smaller. We kept inching, inching, inching, and maybe they start to play a little tighter. The pressure's all on them.

We've got to figure out a way, but obviously, post defense starts with good perimeter defense. We've just got to continue to show improvement. We're not close to where we need to be offensively or defensively.

I think it's been a different team and different feel from start to finish. It helps when you win some games, too, along the way. You don't have those stretches where you don't win for a month and it just wears on you. So I think that has helped our morale tremendously.

It was hard the first two years trying to get guys to believe we could win. Guys left who didn't believe we could win or didn't want to win. We're a very young team. We're loaded with freshmen and sophomores in terms of numbers, but I think we're finally starting to coach and put some things together.
