I've never seen that before. Sometimes they say things happen in threes, hopefully that's the end of it.
I've been with Mo for 14 years, so I've seen everything he's done. It's mind-boggling to look at how consistent he has been over the years. He is one of the main reasons for the success of this organization.
We hadn't seen him before, but he mixed it up pretty well. He was teasing the strike zone. He'd throw some borderline pitches up and then change it on us. We really couldn't get anything going.
It's a two-way street. If a guy hasn't been seen before, it can be an advantage for you.
Wakefield was probably as good as I've seen him. His ball was moving all over the place. We could have been out there for another three hours and I don't think we'd have gotten any more hits off him.
