We had four games to win one and we couldn't do it, ... The bottom line is, we didn't do it.
There are people on this team who have had great individual seasons, put up numbers, won awards, done this or that, but the bottom line is that we're trying to win. Who cares what numbers you put up, what accolades you get; you want to win. If we're going to win, we have to do the little things.
You have to keep the demand out there for them. You can't just give them up right away. It's like when you go to a club and there's a long line out front, then you get inside and there's nobody inside. The wait is the best part.
Any way you can get it done. We have to find ways to win; it may not be pretty at times, but the bottom line is wins and losses.
The bottom line is we didn't get it done,
The bottom line is it's never over until the last out. If you've done something before, you always think you can do it again.
You can't take any more time. Adams gets down the line pretty good. He hit it slow; a high chopper. There was no time to flip to Robbie.
The Rocket is close to his family. He really enjoys spending a lot of time with his kids. I think that's part of the reason why when he came back, he came back to Houston. He has the luxury of being at home.
I've never seen that before. Sometimes they say things happen in threes, hopefully that's the end of it.
I've only played a couple of weeks. It's no different than any other season. It might be different because it's the beginning of the season, but everybody goes through stretches where they swing the bat well for a couple of weeks.
It was a little scary when he starting throwing punches, ... I was scared. I didn't want to get hit.
The season's not over. What if we win the division? We don't have to worry about Tampa Bay.
I stay in touch with him, but he hasn't said anything. He really hasn't.
I've been with Mo for 14 years, so I've seen everything he's done. It's mind-boggling to look at how consistent he has been over the years. He is one of the main reasons for the success of this organization.
