I know that the news of dismal economic forecasts and the layoffs in the technology sector has some people in the industry worried,
noble mission to free the Iraqi people from an evil tyrant.
Congress has always been for the people and by the people. And in keeping with the great traditions of our country, we need to keep it that way.
Well, there's a lot of types of tax cuts in the menu ... Some people are talking about an across-the-board tax cut, there's marriage penalty, there's reduction for earnings test and seniors and Social Security. There's a lot of things that we're looking at and I think whatever we do will be part of a mix.
It's just working people one by one, one at a time,
It's the right thing to do, ... We've said for two Congresses we want to deliver a prescription drug package. We're at the point now that we have to make sure policy and politics are married up, that we can deliver to the American people what we said is the right thing to do.

We still have much work to do. The American people care little about procedure, but they care a lot about final results,

Well, you know, even a freshman in college who is studying economics knows that if you cap the cost of being able to recoup your investment that people who want to invest aren't going to do it,
I also think there has to be real guidance, ... So they can rule and tell people and give them guidance before they take a trip about what's right and what's acceptable.
