If that's what you have, you have no choice but to live with them. When you're developing like us, and you have good younger players, you allow them to play through those mistakes for the bigger picture to allow them to learn through those experiences, to develop their understanding of the game.

I never had any doubt that the league would continue to be very, very strong. I said the league would be a little unpredictable, and it's playing out just that way, but I knew it'd be very strong because we have so much talent in the conference and such good coaching. I never bought into the idea that it'd be a down year.

I'm very happy for him. This has been as frustrating a year for him as there could have been for anyone on our team. He hasn't had a lot to feel real good about personally because it's such a struggle for him, but he's tough and he delivered.

He's got a pretty good understanding of how to play, so he does some of those simple things that help your team go. ... He is very unselfish so he's good for keeping the offense moving and flowing.

I do feel a lot better about our defense than I do about (the Rebels' shooting percentage). I'm a little mystified by that number. I do know we turned them over a good bit and sometimes you can't do both.

Our entire freshman class has added depth of talent to our team and our program. The biggest difference is that we have more players and more answers to put in the game.

We were never as aggressive as I had hoped today. We just were not playing with as energy as I would have liked. For whatever reason, we did not have the over-the-top attitude you had to have to beat them today.
