continuing passing scoring starting
We're just starting to play like the way we want to play and the way we need to play, just getting up and down, scoring in the 70s and 80s. I think we're just passing real well and continuing to get better every day.
afford game games home lose road win
Every game right now for us is a must win. We can't afford to lose any game. Now we've got to win some of these road games and all our home games just to try to get back to .500.
against backs coach determine doubt easier expect game gets hold home lose road schedule sure wall whether win
I think coach said it perfectly. Our backs are against the wall and now every game will determine whether we play in March. It doesn't get any easier from here, that's for sure. No doubt we can get better. We don't have any choice. The schedule gets tougher. You can't lose at home and expect to win the conference, so we've got to hold our own on the road and make sure we win at home.
best chance contribute good minutes
I think, hopefully, I'll get to play a lot, ... I think I have a pretty good chance to contribute right away. I'll contribute in any way I can. I mean, I won't play 35 minutes every night, but I'll contribute the best I can when I'm in there.
emotions people supported words
I can't put into words the emotions I'm feeling. The way people have supported me is overwhelming.
couple creep games home huge maybe rest slowly surely sweep tough win
If we don't win this game, I don't want to say it would be over, but it would have been really tough to make it back. Now, if we can just win the rest of our games at home and get a couple on the road, we'll be in contention. If we can sweep Cincinnati, that will be huge for us. Then maybe we can slowly but surely creep our way back to .500 in the league.
felt good happen needed playing
I felt like after that we were going to win. We've been playing well; we just needed something good to happen for us.
last
This validates what I was doing over the last 11 years. It's very flattering, very humbling.
coming game knew league physical playing
That's part of getting used to this league. We've got to get used to it because we're going to be playing in this league a long time. We've got to adjust. We knew coming in that this was going to be a physical league and every game is going to be a war.
It's like going over the top. But that's what we like to do.
matter wish
It's frustrating. It doesn't matter how I played. I wish I hadn't scored and we had won.
blow broke chance couple defense easy half miss offense ok people second seems stood time
It seems like every time we have a chance to blow people out we miss a couple of easy shots. Our defense was OK but our offense broke down way too early. The second half we kind of stood around a lot.
awesome extremely looking nervous
It was awesome being out there, I was looking for that for a year. I was extremely nervous, but that's not unusual, I get nervous every game.
best broke country guess played team
We played with the best team in the country for 35 minutes, so I guess that does give us some confidence. We just kind of broke down at the end.
