front happens last looking played rather start
I think I've played well the last two games. I didn't have the start I wanted with Montreal, but sometimes that happens and you have to concentrate on what's in front rather than looking back.
happiness happy
I'm just not happy with the way I played.
played power score
In a shootout, anything can happen. And right now, we don't score in shootouts. It would have been better for us to score on the power play we had (in overtime) but Auld played pretty well.
goals nice
It was never one of my goals for this year, ... Sure, it would be nice to make it, but that's the way it is.
english forward improved learned since speak steps talk training work
I've improved a lot since my first year, even since my first training camp, ... I think I've made steps forward each year. I didn't speak English when I first got here, I didn't know where to go and I didn't know anybody. That was intimidating. But to see Patrick and to talk to him and work with him every day, that was great. I learned a lot and I know I'm ready.
great
It was a great atmosphere, I made some saves, but we're here to win.
bounce double lucky past playing record shows since
It was a double deflection, and he just couldn't put it past me. I got a lucky bounce there. Since Jan. 1, I've been playing much better, and our record shows that.
good hockey swiss
This was good for Swiss hockey but at the same time, it's one game.
bit days game good loved next question ready relax rest three
You get three days off, so that's a good thing, too, ... Of course, I would've loved to go, there's no question about that, but it's no big deal. I'll just rest and relax a little bit for the first two days and then get ready for the next game we have.
behind decent fast game good played until
I should have had it. There's not much you can do. I put it behind me pretty fast and that was a good thing. I didn't play a good game until the end, but I think I played a decent game after that goal.
again anxious compete couple waiting work
I've been waiting to play now for a couple of weeks. I'm anxious to play again and anxious to compete and work myself out of it.
good team
It would be good to be 6-1 (against Minnesota). It's a hard-working team over there, and they did what they had to do.
brand consistency consistent equipment pads problem saw wider
The thing I have the most problem with is consistency. We saw it already. The equipment isn't consistent from brand to brand and from goaltender to goaltender. I would like to see that changed. Some pads were wider than others.
confidence good job plays stop sure team
Sometimes it's good for the confidence for sure but the better your team plays the better it is for the team. My job is to stop those and I think I did a pretty good job in the first period.
