One of the greatest strengths we have is we are a team. That doesn't get you wins either but it helps the process of bonding together. You mix that with maximum performance and a lot of effort, and you can be dangerous.

One of the ways to make playoffs is to win your division. That was something we set out to do right from the start. We've got to keep pushing in that direction.

When you can't make plays under pressure and you're not willing to win 1-on-1 battles, then I guess that's the game. Then the bounces. I'd like to see how many bounces go to the team playing with more desperation. That's kind of the way it happened tonight.

When things aren't going your way, he can step up to that other level. That makes him a great player. He's bearing down on opportunities. He's taking all the challenges, and that's a great sign for our team.

There are a few issues, but I think it's the stuff you normally have to deal with. These guys are in great shape, but they still have to get in game shape. One of the big challenges is getting the body conditioned to hitting. Not only is it hard physically, it really takes the air out of you.

We've got a great group of guys, great leaders who've focused on preparing for the playoffs. This is the time when you earn your stripes. We've put ourselves in good position; now we have to go prove it in the playoffs.

This team has worked hard to get to this point in the season, and you have to give them a lot of credit for that. But I think we realize that this work is just the preliminary work you have to put in if you want to be successful in the playoffs.

You have to believe in your team. Just because you change lines or do something, doesn't mean you believe in them any less. You're trying to give them instant recognition.
