I would advise him to #1, stay in shape because it helps prevent injury, #2 would be to practice practice practice whatever position you are playing until you perfect it, and give 110% effort, and just let loose and have fun.
On certain plays and situations I feel like I have the advantage. But sometimes I just have to not think about the size of the guy in front of me.
Part of my success was having a place to play as a kid.
My two favorite things about being a pro player are Sunday afternoons being able to excite many fans and the money because I get to treat my family and friends and myself to nice things.
I started out as a business major at Texas A&M.
I used to wear under amour but now I wear Reebok.
And yes I have been asked to be on the NFL Network and I will end up on there some time this summer.
It feels good because people use to think that I didn't even belong in the NFL.
Hard work always pays off some kind of way.
I don't believe I experience performance anxiety, maybe because I am used to it.
I am also working on my house in Houston doing a little landscaping and interior decorating.
I am a firm believer in resting the body.
I am in and out of Texas all the time.
But at the same time I don't believe I am a credited speaker when it comes to speaking on religion because I still sin like everyone else and there are many people more qualified than I am so I rather them talk and I listen and learn.
