I've only had two other guys in 28 years go that fast as freshmen. Our distance runners had a nice night. They are seeing progress from some of the hard work we have done.

We need to train and race to be healthy. We don't have enough time to get people in shape once the season starts.

Leah was right there with them. Leah was happy with her time. We are still looking at going under five (minutes) this year. The two mile is more her race.

This will be good for them to get some big meet experience. This meet didn't tell me much. I know they have some talent.

Everyone performed at a high level. It appeared like many of our kids are starting to get it.

They are claiming that is the last one. That won't break my heart.

He had the guts to go out and do that. That's a tough event.

He really didn't have any competition. He will take the sport seriously and be a good runner.

It's not a surprise. It's something we have really improved in. He (Adami) could possibly reach 50-feet this year.
