It does seem that there needs to be some sort of a fiduciary watchdog over (the commission's) budget. These are public funds and need to be handled prudently.

It would be a mandate on many drivers that don't need it. There has been no decision as to whether he would veto it or not, but it is really a bill he has a number of reservations about.
