We have taken this further than we've ever had in the past, than we've gone in the past, and so we'd like to see if we can get to an agreement. And, we're not there yet, frankly speaking. We're definitely not there. We do have substantial differences, but I think no one is quite ready to say we cannot get there, so I think there is a desire to keep on going.
