I was breaking down film from a few weeks ago and we are already a different team than then. It's nice to see the concepts we've been beating into the kids are starting to take hold. We are committed to playing good, hard defense and we are understanding sharing the ball is what gets us open looks.

We realized, coming out of this season, the bar can be set higher for us. I'd say we are at least three to four steps away from that championship level.

Certain cities are poised to become satellite commercial centers. White Plains is analogous to Stamford in Connecticut and New Brunswick in New Jersey. But New Rochelle will probably never reach that level because it's not as centrally located, and it doesn't have the critical mass of commercial activity to begin with.

More than anything, the defensive intensity has been there. We've had a couple of games where it hasn't been there, but we learned a lesson from those games versus the ones it has been there. We've seen the difference in what we're able to accomplish when we play good defense.

Chris is an amazing player. We won 13 games this year, but without Chris we would have been lucky to win more than four or five. It all kind of starts and finishes with him.
